How to Apply

Only individuals who possess a valid degree (5), certificate(s), transcript(s), and thorough mark sheets from a recognized institute approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) are eligible to apply. Candidates who are currently employed in a government position must follow the proper protocol and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the interview. There may be flexibility in the maximum age limit as per relevant regulations. It should be noted that the Secretariat retains the right to terminate or partially cancel the recruitment process for the advertised positions at any stage. Only eligible candidates will be invited for a written test, and those shortlisted will be called for an interview. No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for test attendance or interview participation. Applicants who have already applied for the positions advertised on 20th December 2022 must submit a fresh application. However, candidates who were within the age limit on the previous advertisement's closing date, 3rd January 2003, and will exceed the age limit on the closing date of the new advertisement (if they wish to apply for the same posts) will be granted relaxation in the upper age limit. The duly completed and signed application form must be sent to the Section Officer (Establishment-1), National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad. During the interview, applicants must present the original documents, and they must attach attested photographs, copies of their degrees, certificates, transcripts, and CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) with the application form. Incomplete application forms and those received after the due date will not be considered. The deadline to apply for National Assembly Jobs is 12th July 2023.
